(Makes about 35 small bars)

1 cup (140 g) roasted white sesame seeds
1 cup (180 g) roasted unsalted peanuts
2 tbsp (16 g) tapioca starch
½ cup (180 g) brown malt syrup
½ cup (100 g) sugar
¼ cup (60 ml) water
½ tsp lime juice
A pinch of salt
Parchment paper
